Permanently deleting your Finhaven Suite account

You can request to have your Finhaven Suite permanently deleted via the webapp and mobile app.

What data is affected

Because we provide technology to a highly regulated industry, our team will need to assess what information will be deleted from an account during when a request for account deletion is put forward. Some information may be retained where required by law or for regulatory compliance purposes.

Important considerations

Before you request to delete your account, please note:

  1. You will not have access to any of the information associated with your account, this includes files that you’ve received, messages, signed contracts, transaction records, once you trigger account deletion. We suggest exporting all important documents before you request to have your account deleted to make sure you do not lose any critical information.
  2. Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. Any linked organizations will be affected.
  3. It may take up to 90 days to delete your account. We may be required to retain information where required by law or for regulatory compliance purposes.
